“Superb”
This was my first time using a “Handman Service” and I’m glad I did. I had a basement leak occurring near my main electrical panel in my basement. This occurred anytime we had a heavy rain this past summer. This leak alarmed me because it was so close to high voltage and running down to the floor. I called several building contractors and basement waterproofing ‘experts’ and nobody had a solution that did not involve excavating my exterior or trenching the basement concrete floor!! Ashwood Services assessed that the leaks were simply originating from the “Rod Holes” that were left from the foundation pour. Evidentially these holes are normal but were not properly filled/sealed. I had never heard of such a thing before! Keith connected me with a licensed electrician who moved the panel and exposed the clearly leaking rod holes for a very reasonable price. Keith then properly sealed the holes and I have had no issues since and literally saved many thousands $$.

“Outstanding Work”
I was struggling to complete a backyard retaining wall project with some serious time constraints. I could not find any contractors that could help with my timing and budget limitations. I decided to call Ashwood Services and thankfully they came to my rescue. Keith helped me the whole way through. Everything from planning, demolition and disposal of the old wall, gravel hauling, multiple trips to Menards for new timbers etc. The final product far exceeds my expectations, and I could not have done this job myself.
